Prepare Benefits Is Looking for a Digital Experience Manager
As part of an industry-leading team, you will help empower results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions as part of our Employee Communications Program.
This position can be worked from anywhere within the Continental United States.
Job Responsibilities: Collaborate with project partners to define the project roadmap through research and understanding of business goals with primary focus on delivering an excellent interactive experience to the end user.
Programs could include creation, distribution and tracking of the following content:
- Explanation Videos
- Mobile responsive microsites
- Appointment Calendars
- Flipbook Documents
- Configuring decision support tools
- Digital Announcement Flyers
- Implementation of Client Experience Portal
Digital Experience Manager will also oversee the distribution of content which may include sending text messages, emails, and creating QR Codes for easy access to content.
Required Experience:
2+ years Web Content Management
2+ years in a digital product management or technology role
Proven learning agility Familiarity with technology and ability to interact in technical discussions with IT stakeholders Preferred Experience:
Prior experience assisting with an organization’s digital transformation efforts Benefits, healthcare, financial or HR technology experience Exp in digital advertisement (chat box, social media, etc.)
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of industry experience. We offer you

Salary range is an estimate and the actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location.
This position is eligible to participate in one of Prepare Benefits’s annual incentive plans. The amount of the incentive varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
