The primary function of the Accounting and Finance Manager is to assume both a day-to-day management role as well as provide strategic financial consulting to the CEO and COO
Essential Function
The essential functions of the Compliance Analyst include but are not limited to:
· Financial Operations:
o Administration of corporate books and records, accounts payable/receivable, payroll administration and the Annual Operating Plan.
o Reporting: Stay up to date on the latest GAAP guidance. Oversee all aspects of the monthly close process. Produce best in class financial statements
o Oversee, review and guide the work of Financial Analyst
o Audit: Lead annual financial statement audits
· Compliance: identify key risks and implement internal controls to mitigate them
· Treasury: Oversee cash management function and provide accurate and timely cash reporting
· Tax: Manage company’s taxes and work with outside tax firm to ensure compliance.
· Stakeholders: Manage relationships with Executives and external stakeholders (auditors, investors, etc.).
2. Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field required, CPA and/or MBA a plus.
Experience:
· At least 3 years of accounting and financial management experience.
· Ability to successfully manage relationships and contract negotiations with key finance business partners.
· Must have a demonstrated ability to develop and implement short-, mid- and long-term strategic plans.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
· Good teamwork skills.
· Ability to quickly establish credibility and build confidence.
· Decisive, results-oriented approach.
· Highly analytical.
· Expertise in MS Excel including v-look up, pivot tables, charts and graphing.
· Ability to collect, organize, manipulate, clean, analyze and disseminate large datasets with attention to detail.
· Ability to provide insight and accurate judgement in addressing and resolving challenges and opportunities.
· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and a willingness to be a deadline driven team player.

Pay: $100,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year
