Prenco Progress & Engineering Corporation Limited, an industry leader in the automotive aftermarket, is looking for Production Workers for our Canadian Assembly Plant located in Pickering, Ontario. Candidates must be a high motivated team player that is , energetic, reliable, accurate and organized. Working closely with the Production Supervisor, you will perform a variety of production related duties and light auto assembly. This position may entail other duties as assigned.

Job Summary

Using a variety of hand & power tools, fixtures, work instructions and test equipment perform a series of operations to correctly assemble/test a variety of automotive products.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Build light assembly auto parts
• Follow detailed instructions, processes and procedures.
• Familiar with the use of power and air tools.
• Report problems with quality, processes, equipment and materials to Production Supervisor.
• Ability to meet daily production quotas.
• Maintains a clean and organized work area to facilitate manufacturing functions.
• Other support duties as assigned.
• Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and comprehend procedures written in English
• Good written and oral communication skills in English.
• Attention to detail, quality and safety expected.
• Ability to stand ( 7 hours per day), walk, reach within hands and arm’s length, while performing repetitive tasks. We appreciate all applicants who submit a resume, however please note that only the applicants who are selected for an interview will be contacted.
