We are currently looking for a Full time Permanent date entry/Biller.

Shifts

• Start time flexible from 3 or 5 pm to closing 22:00 to 23;00 pm

Position Responsibilities:

· Will be responsible for entering bills into the system and creating trip manifests for drivers.

· Accurate matching of bills

· Scan pod on system and verifying drivers all pods are returned from drivers.

· Regular clerical office duties

· Verify making sure all delivery information is entered in system

Position Qualifications:

• Must be vigilant and able to pay attention to details.
• Able to work as a team
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others.
• Able to work with little supervision.
• Bilingualism in French and English is required

· Experience in the trucking industry is an asset but not mandatory.
