As an Instructional Designer, your passion for mobile technology will drive the creation of strategic learning experiences for Premium’s Walmart Wireless division. Your role as a key member of the Walmart Wireless division will revolve around creating content on a variety of platforms to effectively deliver brand, product, and sales skills training to internal teams as well as channel and carrier partners.

What will you do?
* Equip retail associates as true brand leaders through development of robust training initiatives.
* Implement a variety of training deliverables to support product knowledge including eLearning, webinars, hands-on and face-to-face.
* Manage the delivery of product and technical training.
* Continuously improve and customize existing programs, platforms, and courses.
* Ensure comprehensive knowledge through written and practical exams.
* Provide robust performance reports to demonstrate success.
* Identify opportunities for alternative training methods.

What experience should you have?
* Post-secondary degree in Adult Education, Instructional Design, or an equivalent combination of education and training experience.
* 2+ years Instructional Design, focused on digital and blended learning.
* 2+ years in design and development of written training materials, manuals, guidebooks, job aids, etc.
* Experience with LMS systems; LearnUpon, Vyond, Adobe Captivate, SCORM and Tincan files and Articulate 360 suite
