About the role:

The Manager of Talent Analytics leads a team responsible for analyzing and interpreting data to support the objectives of the HR department and our business partners. While leading, the Manager of Talent Analytics will also be “in the data” including data cleaning, analysis, modeling, and presentation.

Essential Functions:

• Assists with and drives execution of the Talent Analytics strategy.
• Implements and oversees analytical approaches and methodologies.
• Designs employee experience surveys and ad hoc surveys as needed.
• Analyzes and creates visualizations using advanced statistical techniques using R, Tableau and Qlik.
• Creates predictive models to inform scenario and evidence-based decision making.
• Builds clear and effective executive summaries and presentations as required.
• Manages, coaches, and develops a small team .
• Partners with the HR technology team to ensure data reported out of the HRIS is accurate and consistent.
• Partners with stakeholders to understand data requirements.
• Partners with internal and external resources to develop tools and services such as segmentation, modeling, dashboard development, decision aids, and business case analysis to support the organization.
• Presents insights and recommendations to management for decision making and strategic planning.
• Ensures data integrity by implementing quality assurance practices.
• Identifies and defines both process and data improvements.
• Performs quality data audits and analysis.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in strongly required or equivalent work experience.
• Masters degree in I/O Psychology, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or similar field preferred.

Preferred Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in analytics.
• 1 – 3 years of experience leading others strongly preferred.
• SQL coding and database design experience preferred.
• Prior experience in R is strongly preferred.
• Basic knowledge and understanding of statistics.
• Demonstrated experience analyzing data in programs such R, Tableau, Qlik, and Excel.
• Demonstrated experience communicating data concepts and findings.
• Demonstrated experience managing data-intensive projects.
• Demonstrated experience using data analysis to develop business insights.
