About the role:

As the Scheduling Coordinator you will assist in managing our technician scheduling for upcoming health screening events. A large part of this position will rely on this person to solve time sensitive staffing situations with cost efficient resources. This includes replacing essential staff last minute with alternative contractors and/or reaching out to Staffing Firms for assistance with temporary staff alternatives.

Job Requirements:

• Set-up and continually coordinate staffing
• Assist in maintaining Technician payroll
• Maintain a good relationship with all contract staff
• Develop relationships and establish contracts with Staffing Agencies
• Ability to memorize and recall Technician details and/or history
• Assist Staffing Manager as needed with various staffing needs
• Ability to take and field emergency phone calls on occasion and work independently to identify and solve unforeseen issues; requires acute problem-solving skills
• May require other duties as assigned

Education:

• High School diploma required

Experience:

• 1- 3 years of working experience in a Staffing Coordinator or Administrative role

Knowledge and Skills:

• Must be detail oriented, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have excellent written and verbal communication skills

Compensation is between $25.00 to $27.00 hourly. Premise offers a comprehensive benefits package to all full-time team members including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, Paid Time Off, Paid Holidays, annual CEU/CME allowance, and Tuition Reimbursement. Benefits offered to part-time team members include 401K, Paid Time Off, Paid Holidays and annual CEU/CME allowance. PRN team members may also enroll in 401K.
