Premier Work Support Hiring for Business Developer at Basildon Full Time

Due to company expansion, our client based in Basildon is looking for a Business Developer to join their sales team on a permanent basis. This role is suited to a driven individual who is hungry to earn money and wants to pursue a successful career in sales. You will need to have at least 6 months office based telephone sales experience to be considered for this role.

This role offers an excellent commission structure and great career opportunities to develop into a management role. You will require confident clear communication skills as well as the drive and resilience to cope with customer rejection in order to flourish within this busy and fun sales environment.

The main focus of your role will be:

• Making around 400 out-bound business sales calls per week to source new business opportunities
• Building a sales pipeline
• Tracking and managing the complete sales process
• Gathering market and customer information
• Listening to customer requirements and gain a clear understanding of what the customers’ needs are.

This role involves extensive customer liaison by telephone, email and social media so great people skills are key. You will learn how to challenge customer objections with a view to coming away from the call with a successful sale. Other duties will include using the CRM system to record sales activity and carry out related admin duties.
