• Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers, and facilitate organic growth

Qualifications

• Work experience as a Customer Service Trainer or similar role
• Experience in sales or customer service positions is a plus
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Additional certification in training is a plus

Job Highlights

• 100% remote position. Open to anyone in the US as long as they are able to work on EST zone.
• Experience providing demos of application to prospective customers; understand and listening to their needs, show them the best integrations for their use case and answer any questions they might have.
• Experience using Intercom. Ability to identify the problem the customer is facing and solving it in a friendly and positive manner.
• The ideal candidate has a can-do-attitude with a friendly disposition and has the motivation to learn new things quickly.
• Due to the nature of the product, they need to have a baseline of technical understanding. Be able to relay and answer technical questions, as well as having the understanding and capability to troubleshoot issues.

Compensation

• $65,000 – $70,000 / year
