Premier Solar Pros is a full-service solar provider. We were founded in 2020 during the pandemic and have quickly grown to one of the fastest up-and-coming solar providers in the region. In order to continue growing at the rate we are we need great leadership and are looking to add more great leaders to the company. Our purpose is to change lives; we are doing that one solar panel at a time.

We are currently seeking to hire a Sales Manager. The way our program runs we have lead setters that set leads for our in home closers. In our programa Sales Manager oversees the hiring, training, and managing processes for the lead setters, sales representatives, and closers. A good fit for the position would be someone that really enjoys working one on one with different types of sales talent in order to help them be successful.

WE NEED AREA SOLAR SALES MANAGER to JOIN our GROWING TEAM!

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee hiring and recruitment processes
• Oversee training processes
• Oversee the management processes
• Personally lead reps in order to help them be successful
• Work alongside company leadership to set weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals
• Motivate sales reps by incentive programs

Job Requirements

• Sales experience (3+ years required)
• Solar Sales ( 2+ years required)
• Leadership / management experience (1+ years required)
• Door to door sales (preferred but not required)
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Resourceful; able to multitask, problem-solve, and prioritize
• Valid Drivers license
• Applicants must be 18 years or older
• Must have reliable transportation and smart phone

Compensation:

• Position is Commission based
• Uncapped earnings
• Average Earnings of our Sales Managers is $180,000
• Opportunities for growth and advancement (Opportunity to become an Area Manager or a Regional Manager)
