We are looking to fill out Customer Care Coordinator position. The ideal canadine will have a passion to customer service. Dependability highly valued. Must be proficient with technology.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The following responsibilities apply:
● Maintains a positive and professional attitude when speaking to internal and external customers while working in a fast-paced environment.
● Answering all incoming customer calls and PSG chat feature; addresses simple scheduling questions and/or forwarding calls to appropriate scheduling coordinators.
● Listen to customers’ needs/issues and provide helpful solutions to their problems.
● De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, offering patient assistance and support.
● Review customer accounts, providing updates and information about general scheduling dates and times.
● Assist with scheduling email monitoring as needed.
● Performs other related duties as assigned.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 – $22.00 per hour
