Coding Specialist

Premier Provider Solutions is a growing medical billing and coding firm. We are looking for a contract Coding Specialist to join our team and work with our medical billing and coding team. The position will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy of patient billing and coding information. The position will also be responsible for ensuring that all coding procedures are followed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Coding experience required.
• Knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS, and other coding guidelines preferred.
• Knowledge of medical billing and codes preferred.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a team environment with a sense of urgency.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour
