You will manage the Full-life cycle of the recruitment process as a Physician Recruiter on the – sourcing, interviewing, and submission of licensed medical professionals. You have proven ability to prioritize 100’s of job requisitions, source on various social media sites/recruiting platforms, negotiate compensation packages, and matching a wide variety of physicians skill sets to job openings. Must have locum or agency experience.

You are skilled in office administration procedures; you’re proficient with Windows and Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

This is a full-time or part-time position. We will consider Remote Recruiter if you have previous agency or locum experience. Our complete compensation package reflects our healthy appreciation for balance in life, and offers significant incentives for the results we achieve as a team.

We will consider 1099 Recruiters if you looking for part-time; would only be paid for what you bring to the table.

Pay: $45,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
