Premier Pan Company, the nations leading manufacturer of commercial bakeware, has an opening for an HR Coordinator in the company’s Moon Twp facility.

This position completes administrative duties for the human resources department at Premier Pan with a focus on the following:

• Full Recruiting cycle and Onboarding coordination
• Attendance tracking and payroll duties through company HRIS systems (Paycom)
• Coordination with temporary staffing vendors
• Ability to communicate in a professional manner
• Other administrative duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

• 2-3 years Human Resources experience
• 1-2 years Recruiting Experience
• Strong communication skills

• Fast paced environment
• Works under routine supervision
• Regular contact with employees and management
• Must utilize discretion while dealing with confidential and financial matters
