Premier Packaging Hiring for Operator Assistant Tier A at Thomson, GA Full Time

We are currently looking for a Machine Operator Assistant who will assist the Department and Operation of a designated machine. Friday – Sunday (6am – 6pm).

Job Responsibilities (but not limited to):

• Identify, segregate, label and quarantine defective materials
• Assist the department in unloading and placement of materials into designated areas
• Read a tape measure, write clearly and perform basic math
• Read and interpret job ticket specification sheets and ratios
• Ability to review job tickets and product specifications
• Position requires a mechanical aptitude to operate high speed production machinery

• Keep a clean work environment throughout the required shift and complete daily housekeeping expectations
• Position requires standing and walking up to 10 hour shifts
• Work in team environment, with a positive aspiration to achieve company and individual mission, vison and goal

What you Need:

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. alone and 50 lbs. assisted
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to maintain a clean and safe working environment
