Customer Service Representative

Premier Ophthalmic is a leading medical equipment distributor. We are a trusted provider of high-quality ophthalmic instruments and equipment and have been serving the eye care community since 1999. Located in Frankfort, IL our home office includes a 30,000 sq.ft warehouse and state-of-the-art showroom.

Our quickly expanding service division requires a customer service administrator. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service, be highly organized, very detailed and have strong communication skills. This person will be able to provide customer service via phone, email and other systems to assist customer service repairs and inquiries. This person will also be responsible for maintaining customer service cases and assisting with new account setups.

Job Description:

Customer Service Representative
· Maintain Service Repair Records
· Answer Customer Inquiries as needed
· Coordinate with internal Service Team, Manufacturers & Customers on service repairs
· Communicate with internal teams to ensure service satisfaction levels remain high
· Process orders and create service orders
· Assist in managing large key accounts.
· Other duties as assigned

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 – $19.00 per hour
