The experience we are looking for:

2 years of experience with General Ledger Accounting.
Experience with multi-unit company structure preferred.
Baccalaureate degree in accounting, finance, or a related discipline is required.

Knowledge and Skills required:
Ability to navigate through Windows applications and tools.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Ability to master multiple Accounting systems and integration.
Ability to assist team members on complex processing or exception handling as needed.

Job Responsibilities
Prepare and post journal payroll entries to General Ledger, including recording expenses, accruals, and prepaid expenses with appropriate backup review and maintenance
Reconcile General Ledger accounts and maintain backup schedules. Identify and recommend corrective action for discrepancies
Review Accounts Payable for accuracy and coding for multiple entities, and work closely with off-site personnel to resolve exceptions
Regular review of daily cash and credit card activity, ensuring timely and accurate deposits for multiple entities. Assist in resolution of discrepancies
Monthly review of cash banks and inventories for multiple locations
Data management in multiple systems, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Income Journal modules
Administration of purchasing card program for multiple locations, ensuring appropriate controls, reporting, and timely submission
Other Accounting-related duties as required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,905.00 – $60,000.00 per year
