Learning & Development Business Partner
Based – Ashford, TN24 0LU (with 1 day a week at home)
Salary – circa ÂŁ40,000 per annum + benefits
Permanent, 37.5 hours per week. Daily working hours can be flexible.
Learning and Development is a business critical role, you’re a fundamental part of the HR department ensuring our on-site colleagues are engaged, motivated and their talents are nurtured and developed. You’ll thrive on working with our Managers to identify any skills gaps in the teams, and facilitation of discussions around how to close those gaps will be key. Taking ownership of the training budget, you will manage a Training Co-ordinator and between you and the wider HR team, you will relish the chance to evaluate training requirements, and look at ways to continually improve the learning and development opportunities for the site. We also want to nurture and develop your HR experience, so want to give you the opportunity to support the on-site HR team with some of their daily activities.

Do you offer….?
Experience in developing and delivering management development training?
A certificate in Training Practice, or another recognised qualification (part qualification or relevant experience will also be considered)?
