Premier Brands Group currently have a great opportunity for a Sourcing Specialist to be based in the corporate office in New York City; they will be doing full cycle recruitment on multiple brands for various departments. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

Assist in providing a 45 day (target) time to fill target with accurate placements

Assist in facilitating a high quality candidate flow on a timely basis

Utilize all available tools and programs including search firms, college and business school campus recruiting programs, recruitment marketing campaigns, personal and professional networks, industry sources, and internet mining

Point of contact for initial stages of candidate experience

Prescreen and source candidates

Assist with the college relations and internship program as necessary.

Maintain job postings on career and college career websites.

Maintains the applicant tracking system including posting and making any necessary changes to postings and generating s as needed.

• Developing policies and strategies for acquiring new talent

• Using various channels to source candidates

• Working with talent team to anticipate needs and fill positions

• Building relationships with applicants and potential candidates

• Researching talent acquisition trends to improve the process
