Overview:

Maintain a set of books from bank statements to financial statements.

Intercompany experience transferring cash/goods/services between multiple locations.

Each location has multiple bank accounts that transfer cash to each other preparation of financial schedules such as cash flow.

Responsible for general ledger maintenance and monthly closing of books on or before 16th workday for the following facilities and corresponding lessor companies:

· Community Care Center.

· Jacob Healthcare Center

· Pasadena Meadows

· MO Community

· MO Jacob

· MO Pasadena

· Cash Bank reconciliations – operating, payroll and money market

· Ancillary providers invoice entry

· AR Borrowing Base Certificate preparation & AR loan reconciliation

· Revenue Journal and census posting to GL

· Bad Debt Accrual, QA Fee Accrual

· Reconcile AR to GL

· Accounts Payable; Reconcile AP to GL

· Accrue missing expenses, Reverse prior period accruals

· Payroll entry creation and import

· Workers Comp accrual, Recurring entries, Prepaid, amortization, depreciation, capitalization

· Accrue management and o/s clerical fees

· Leases & Loans – Building lease

· Intercompany Reconciliation

· Management & Outside clerical fees reconciliation

· Balance Sheet Work paper – Reconcile GL Balances to statements

· Final review – review large variances, prepare monthly financial binder.

Other Projects:

· Balance Sheet Work paper monthly review for all facilities

· Intercompany Reconciliation for all entities

· Financial Statement review, research irregular/abnormal accounts balances

· Recap reports summarizing facility financial position for management in binders

· 571L Property Tax annual filings
