Your contribution to something big

We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to work with and support the HR Team. We have huge plans for growth across Europe, with a particular focus on the UK. You will be responsible for setting TA strategy across Europe and accomplishing results through the execution and delivery. You will also be in charge of end to end, the full-cycle recruitment process for a wide range of roles with a particular focus on Technology.

What you’ll be doing

• Partner with our hiring managers to understand their talent needs and lead the end to end talent acquisition process for your area
• Manage recruitment processes in line with agreed priorities, ensuring excellent candidate experience and fast turn-around times
• Tightly manage a multi-stage interview process that ensures that decisions are made in a structured way and according to pre-defined criteria with the goal of reducing bias
• Establish strong relationships with hiring managers in your areas, use your experience to help them shape meaningful job descriptions and job postings that speak to the brightest minds and influence the processes to ensure effective and efficient recruitment
• Creatively scout and source talent on LinkedIn as well as other sources and find the talent that isn’t looking to be found
• Manage your open positions, candidates and resources on our ATS Team Tailor

Our ideal teammate has experience with/knowledge in

• You are passionate about recruitment!
• 6+ years of recruiting experience working for a fast-paced, hyper-growth tech organization or at least 2 years of working experience within a start-up
• 3+ years of experience managing and inspiring a high-performing recruiting team
• Strong understanding of talent acquisition strategies
• Able to influence and partner with business leaders across the organization
• Proven experience in delivering full-cycle / end to end recruiting, you should be confident in slotting into a high performing team
• Demonstrable experience in hiring for a wide range of role types
• Demonstrated and proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple requisitions/roles with an extremely high standard of accuracy and precision
• Be exceptionally client-focused, partnering with both our business leaders, hiring managers, and external candidates to deliver a first-class experience for all stakeholders
• Experience conducting interviews with excellent assessment skills
• You are marketing savvy, with experience integrating and executing marketing plans into our recruiting strategy
• You have the know-how to come up with creative sourcing techniques to attract the right talent and know your ways around different sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter
• A keen interest in staying in the know in the Tech industry
