Overview:
A full-time Physical Therapist , (PT/RPT), position is available in our sub-acute/skilled nursing rehab department in Hamden, CT. This position offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus!

The facility is a beautiful 153 bed sub-acute /skilled nursing facility with a large and spacious Rehab Gym. This is a dynamic team that works very well together in a collaborative approach to ensure the patients receive the best quality care possible. There is a diverse caseload where you will see a good mix of short-term and long-term care patients.

Responsibilities and Qualifications:
The qualified candidate will:

• Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility setting
• Work collaboratively with other rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team-working environment
• Possess a current Physical Therapy license or be license eligible to practice in the state employed
• Demonstrate strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and have experience with electronic documentation
• Demonstrate good attention to detail and timeliness with documentation
• Work well with others in a team setting
• Be flexible with hours.
