Preferred Home Health Care & Nursing Services Hiring for LPN / RN Needed for School Transport Case- $500 Sign on Bonus Full Time

Preferred Home Health Care is in need of an RN/LPN for a school transport case, in Wayne.

RATE WILL BE DISCUSSED ONCE YOU APPLY– RATE IS DEPENDED IF NURSE IS A LPN OR A RN APPLYING WITH US.

Case:
-14 Year Old Female; Seizures
– PICK UP TIMES AT 6:30 AM-9 AM and 1:45 PM – 4 PM. MUST DO BOTH
– nurse is needed to ride the bus to and from school for seizure precaution

– nurse would arrive at the home for a 6:30am pick up. Nurse would leave car at the house, ride the 1 bus to school with the child, and then the bus brings you back to your car.

– nurse would then need to return to the house around 145pm, once again leaving your car, and bus will come get you, and bring you to pick up the student, and take him home. You would then leave once bus drops him at home (approx 3pm).

– You would be compensated for 5hrs a day ( actual services will only be about 2.5hrs in the morning and 2.5hrs in the afternoon)

– all applicants must hold a current NJ nursing license
