preezie Hiring for Marketing Assistant at Greater Melbourne Area Full Time

preezie has a mission to bridge the gap between the online and in-store shopping experiences so we built the world’s first retail experience platform. We work with retail partners all over the world. Some of our success stories include brands like JB Hifi, Lorna Jane, Target and Canon. We are changing the retail and ecommerce landscape one experience at a time.

We are building a team and company that will be spoken of alongside brands like Afterpay, Canva and Atlassian. Having successfully closed a Series A funding round led by Afterpay-backed Touch Ventures, we are now at the stage of our journey where we are looking to add a Marketing Assistant to our team.

We have a hybrid working model so you will be in the office on Wednesday and Friday and remote for the rest of the week and our offices are in the CBD. This is a role where you can come in and make an immediate impact and also stretch your skills as we look to expand our business.

In 12 months time you will be able to look back and say you achieved amazing things such as:

• You will be the numbers expert in the team and can generate layers of data and analysis out of HubSpot. This will have driven engagement, responsiveness and revenue outcomes that have grown the business
• You will own the social presence of preezie and have created engaging content that has resonated with the market
• You will be an EDM machine driving the activities in conjunction with the sales objectives
• You will have been the driver of new initiatives that have created revenue and growth into global markets as we expand into the US and then the UK
• You will have become the “go to” person for the product, sales and leadership team as we build out integrated processes internally

What we are looking for:

• 12 months working in a Marketing Co-ordinator or Assistant role
• Experience with systems such as Hubspot, Klaviyo, DotDigital or similar
• Demonstrated experience running digital campaigns
• Demonstrated examples of content creation
• Collaborative in approach but capable of driving your own results and output
• Someone who can handle the changing dynamics of a start-up environment
• Ecommerce experience is highly desirable
