preezie Hiring for Graphic Designer at Greater Melbourne Area Full Time

preezie has a mission to bridge the gap between the online and in-store shopping experiences so we built the world’s first retail experience platform. We work with retail partners all over the world. Some of our success stories include brands like Lorna Jane, Baby Bunting, Puma and Shaver Shop. We are changing the retail and ecommerce landscape one experience at a time.

We are building a team and company that will be spoken of alongside brands like Afterpay, Canva and Atlassian. Having successfully closed a Series A funding round led by Afterpay-backed Touch Ventures, we are now at the stage of our journey where we need a Graphic Designer to take our creative processes to the next level.

What you will be responsible for:

• Conduct web design, social media artwork design, eDM artwork design, print design, and more.
• HTML and CSS for editing emails and landing pages.
• Build/facilitate the build of landing pages for paid ads, promotions, and marketing campaigns.
• Produce high-quality and responsive visual designs (e.g., page layouts, templates) that can be replicated across multiple marketing channels.
• Create artwork and correspond with the print agency for posters, flyers, brochures, catalogues, custom print giveaways, window signage, pull-up banners, and event signage.
• Create video assets such as promotional videos, case study interviews, and screen recordings for social media campaigns.
• Design iconography for preezie or client journeys as requested.
• Work with the Product team to assist in developing design output on product development.
• Collaborate with the marketing assistant in the planning of the social media calendar posts.
• Leverage proficiency in HTML and CSS to skilfully edit emails and landing pages.
• Help with maintaining or evolving the preezie brand and ensure we stay on track with brand guidelines.

What we are looking for:

• Demonstrated proficiency with industry-leading technologies such as Photoshop, Premiere, Illustrator, PowerPoint and Figma.
• Experience in using content management systems such as Hubspot, Active Campaign, Marketo or Salesforce
• HTML and Javascript competency
• Minimum 2 year’s experience in web and graphic design
• Ability to create artwork across all platforms, print and digital
• Good time management skills, attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines
