The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for creating marketing material for our company’s products and brand. This requires a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that have resulted in increased sales, market share, and brand recognition. Hands-on approach with a strong analytical, communication, and project management skills are essential for success in this role.

Primary Responsibilities

• Develop Marketing and sales assets, including creative/graphic design
• Create data sheets, product and solution videos, user guides, and written assets (sales collateral, solution briefs, case studies, white papers, user guides)
• Maintain and optimize website, update with new content and manage the partners website through Salesforce
• Develop and drive marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, online advertising, and events
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer support, to ensure marketing efforts align with business goals
• Analyze marketing metrics to measure campaign success and make data-driven decisions
• Stay up to date with industry trends, market competition, and customer needs to inform marketing strategies and tactics
• Build and maintain relationships with partners and industry influencers to promote our products and increase brand awareness

Required Knowledge, Skills & Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in product marketing or related field, preferably in the technology industry, examples of content are requested
• Proficiency in graphics creation
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with stakeholders
• Knowledge of Wix, Salesforce
• Knowledge of SEO and SEM best practices
• Ability to think creatively and develop innovative marketing strategies
• Strong understanding of product marketing best practices and strategies

Desired Knowledge, Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Certificate in digital graphic/creative arts or equivalent
• Experience with customer research and analysis
• Understanding of brand management and strategy
• Experience with online event planning and management
