Precision Products Group Hiring for Production Operator- Weekend Shift at Columbia City, IN Full Time

Full Job Description

  • Perform all aspects of production related to the job, while meeting productivity requirements for each job
  • Recognize production issues and take appropriate and timely corrective action
  • Meet quality and efficiency standards
  • Manage one’s time and reduce machine down time during change over
  • Participate in team dynamics, aiding others as needed, seek help as needed
  • Complete production s


Skills

  • Must have the ability to work as a team member and assist others, contributing knowledgeable skills, time and effort
  • Basic understanding of mechanical equipment and processes
  • Ability to identify and solve problems as they arise, material, mechanical and/or process
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred

Friday-Sunday
12 hour shift, work 36 hours get paid for 40.
Climate Controlled Facility
Every employee has the ability to earn 2 attendance days per year. They can be used as vacation days, and are eligible to be rolled over.
