We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates for our organization. The Recruiter will also be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with potential candidates, as well as providing guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the recruitment process, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping others find their perfect job.

Responsibilities:

• Source and recruit candidates for open positions.
• Conduct phone screens and in-person interviews.
• Develop and maintain relationships with potential candidates.
• Create job postings and job descriptions.
• Maintain a database of potential candidates.
• Evaluate candidate qualifications and skills.
• Negotiate job offers with candidates.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 per hour
