We have a great opportunity available for an experienced HR Administrator or Office manager to become part of a small team based in Kensington. The company are leaders in their field of procurement and logistics with sites across the globe, with the acquisition of additional sites to accomodate customer demand.

Your role as HR Administrator will be to support your team with the administrative and personnel tasks across the company. Responsibilities to include, non exhaustive:

Duties include:
Heavy involvement in the recruitment of personnel across UK sites to include job postings, short listing and arranging interviews.

Drafting and completion of new starter documents and Right to Works

Obtaining references for new employees ensuring that compliance is met for specific sites

Ensure that employee personnel records are managed to include holidays

Involvement in grievances, disciplinaries,dismissals

Assisting in the management of the UK fleet

Undertaking all administrative/ HR tasks asked of you

Minimum skills/ experience required –

You will of worked in a HR function

Excellent IT skills

Clear Communicator

Meticulous

The Package-

Working Monday to Friday 0900-1700

28,000.00-30,000.00 per year
