Precision Freight has immediate openings in Customer Account Manager positions.

What’s the opportunity: As a Customer Account Manager you will be developing, maintaining, and growing relationships between customers, shippers, consignees and Precision. Through this fast-paced, high-energy role where you will be able to make an impact on supply chain every day.

Basic Function: Responsible for quoting, coordinating, and controlling the movement of customer supplied product with a focus on achieving high quality standards and customer satisfaction. This position is primarily responsible for the managing of customer accounts in all aspects of Supply Chain Management and to maximize the productivity and efficiency of Precision Freight’s Carriers. Strong focus on client networking, negotiating pricing and customer relationship in hotshots, truckload, and special projects.

Requirement

• MUST have a minimum of 1 year of logistics experience in freight brokerage.
• Excellent communication, problem solving, negotiation skills, attention to detail & critical thinking.
• Must live within driving distance to Itasca,IL

Physical Job Requirements: Sedentary role with a fast-paced work environment. Open floor plan with moderate noise. Must be able to use a computer and phone to conduct business.’

Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
