Job Description

Precision Door Service is looking for an Accounting Specialist. Hours are Monday to Friday, flexible, and located in Lynnwood, WA. Temporarily remote during Covid-19. If you are a detail oriented, analytical thinker with great problem-solving skills and advanced skills in excel, we’re looking for you! Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform various financial accounting duties including payment processing, accounts receivable, invoicing customers, and updating reports.
• Learn and use various accounting programs and software.
• Excel in internal and external customer services.
• Ensure the strict confidentiality and privacy of financial records as they relate to the organization and its customers.
• Multitask well in a fluid environment.

Qualifications

• Great attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
• Able to perform moderate to complex account reconciliations.
• Must be able to coordinate priorities efficiently.
• Strong work ethic and positive team attitude.
• Sound analytical thinking, planning, prioritization, and execution skills.
• Excellent teamwork and team building skills.
• Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to read/write English at a proficient level.
• Experience with advanced excel functions are a plus.
• Must be fully vaccinated or be fully vaccinated within the first 30 days of employment.
