Precision Business Machines is looking for results-driven sales representatives to join our team! The ideal candidate is an energetic and enthusiastic professional who will sell Visual and Kinesthetic Learning Tools to the K-12, Early Childhood, and College Market in the DFW and West Texas area. This is an outside sales position based in Dallas, TX. This is your opportunity to take your knowledge, along with your experience, and apply it to helping schools impact student achievement and engagement. Developing strong relationships at the school administrative and district level is also a key component in successfully selling the products.

Responsibilities:

• Schedule appointments via referrals, existing customers, targeted drop by, and phone to achieve 6-8 onsite and virtual school product demonstrations a week to Principals, Assistant Principals, Academic Facilitators, District Decision Makers, and others within Education framework as deemed appropriate.
• Effectively demonstrate the products (via on-site or virtual meetings), determine needs, and convey value of the products to school decision makers at a level to close the sale.
• Follow up and track all opportunities through the receipt of order.
• Represent company at selected educational tradeshows and conferences.
• Build brand awareness and visibility.
• Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential new products and services.
• Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
• Understand all funding programs and funding opportunities to schools (K-12); creatively present these and help schools find ways to use them to purchase.
• Continuously improve by feedback.

Education, Skills, and Experience:

· Required

o Two+ years of sales experience preferred

o Strong networking skills

o Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales

o Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs

o Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills

o Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills

o Relationship management skills and openness to feedback

o Must be able to perform in person product demonstrations of equipment, lift 50 lbs.

Desired

o Bachelor’s Degree and/or equivalent experience

o Education Sales or Teaching Experience

o Familiarity with CRM practices, Salesforce preferred

o Excellent knowledge of MS Office

Compensation:

· Base Salary + Car Allowance + Competitive Commission + Bonus Structure

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year
