We are seeking a Dispatcher Customer Service to join our team! You will be responsible for acting as a liason to Soonercare Members and Drivers.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints
  • Providing members with drivers ETA
  • Submitting billing batches
  • Responding to complaints
  • Answering phone calls all day
  • Communicate effectively with Owner

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
  • Ability to handle conflict resolution
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bilingual
