Job Description
We are seeking a Dispatcher Customer Service to join our team! You will be responsible for acting as a liason to Soonercare Members and Drivers.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Providing members with drivers ETA
- Submitting billing batches
- Responding to complaints
- Answering phone calls all day
- Communicate effectively with Owner
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
- Ability to handle conflict resolution
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bilingual
