Job Description:

We’re seeking a proactive and innovative Marketing Technology Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will assist in leveraging various marketing technology platforms, supporting our online marketing efforts.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and manage marketing technologies such as CRM (HubSpot), email marketing systems, social media platforms, SEO tools (SEMRush), and content management systems (Shopify, WordPress).
• Coordinate with the marketing team to design and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
• Utilize Google Analytics, WebTrends, and other data analysis tools to interpret marketing data, identify trends, optimize spend, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
• Maintain and enhance our social media presence across all digital channels.
• on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, assessing against goals (ROI and KPIs).
• Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience on Shopify, employing basic knowledge of CSS to fine-tune website design elements.
• Work closely with the production team to manage job tracking and quoting systems, such as shopVOX, to ensure smooth marketing operations.
• Evaluate the end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and touchpoints, leveraging strong analytical skills.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, information technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience with marketing technologies such as HubSpot, Shopify, Google Analytics, WebTrends, SEMRush, and shopVOX.
• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS for website management and design.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking, with experience in using digital analytics tools.
• Proven experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
