Pravada Floors Inc., based out of South Surrey, British Columbia, is a leading North American wood flooring manufacturer. Our stylish and popular wood flooring products are a preferred choice for designers, architects, and builders. This is a full-time position Monday to Friday 8 am to 5 pm. This position offers a competitive wage, overtime pay, full medical, dental, extended health benefits package, room for advancement, and a team environment.
DUTIES:
Responsible for day-to-day operations such as order entry, order processing, and coordination of shipping/receiving.
Responsible for daily customer account correspondence including product and account inquiries.
Responsible for the maintenance and management of product inventory.
General sales and customer service support.
Responsible for sending out monthly account statements including contacting accounts for payment and collections.
Filing, organizing, and answering phone calls.
Qualifications:
Post Secondary Diploma.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrate professionalism and interpersonal skills.
Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, demanding customer environment with a variety of tasks.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Show a high level of ownership, accountability, and initiative.
Must be detail-oriented and an excellent team player.
