We are looking for an Accounting Operations Analyst to support the billing, collections and financial processes of our company. This person will be responsible for all daily accounting tasks, onboarding, and offboarding clients as well as assisting the Finance Manager as required. With strong attention to detail, you will carry out relevant administrative duties including responding to clients and the internal team, handling customer invoices and payments, data entry.

This role is great for someone who is enthusiastic about the entire lifecycle of our clients and interested in managing company business operations. This person will need to be responsible, detail-oriented and experienced in operations.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Managing accounts receivable, customer billing and accounts, financial records
• Review and process sales orders for invoicing
• Track, monitor, and conduct processes for accounts receivable
• Reconciliation of client accounts, program levels, products, and billing
• Execution of client onboarding, change of service levels, and offboarding
• Assist in the preparation of documents for audits
• Advise clients on billing issues via email or phone
• Maintain and update accounting records and files
• Data entry in company CRM/Project Management Systems
• Miscellaneous duties as required

What You’ll Need:

• Degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance
• Similar experience as a Junior Accountant or equivalent education
• Excellent understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices
• Knowledge of different technology systems. Preference will be given to those with experience/knowledge of Salesforce and Accounting Systems
• Strong attention to detail

• Understanding of Google Workspace

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 – $55,000.00 per year
