You will be writing and posting job ads to various platforms, completing full cycle recruiting, and working to attract diverse teammates for many internal roles.

You will get to tackle all things recruiting, job ads, applicant screening, phone and zoom interviews, reference and background checks, and providing an amazing applicant experience.

Responsibilities:

• Create and post job ads that attract top-notch candidates

• Maintain an interested pipeline of candidates through recruiting campaigns

• Very quickly move candidates through the hiring process to the end result of a new hire with a signed contract and start date confirmed

• All resumes reviewed within 48 hours of receipt

• All candidates contacted within 48 hours of receiving resume

• Phone screens completed within 4 days of receiving resume

• Zoom interview completed within 7 days of receiving resume

• At least 2 candidates into testing phase 10 days after job ad placed

• Target – job offers made within 15 days of job posted

• Complete on-boarding admin and setup of new employees

• Coordinates employee’s technical training with their respective departments

• Assist in management of employee benefits including health care, PTO, 401K

• Management of all processes at time of separation of current employees.

• Establish, implement, and interpret human resources policies and procedures to ensure compliance with laws and regulations, improve the employee experience, and enhance operational efficiency. Assist with maintenance of the Employee Handbook.

Education and Experience

Three years of recruiting experience, or equivalent relevant experience

Sales experience preferred but not required

Current HR credential such as SHRM-CP, CCP, or CEBS helpful

Work Environment

Remote position requires a quiet interruption free environment. Your work environment must have adequate internet connection per Practice Promotions guidelines. A controlled and dedicated work space will be necessary to be successful.

Pay: $45,000.00 – $50,000.00 per year
