In this role you will be supported by our Talent Acquisition Partners in the 360 recruitment of our high volume vacancies, which could range from receptionists and administrators, to healthcare assistants, catering staff and housekeepers, amongst others. Our team recruit around 1000 individuals a year to join our hospitals and surgical centres, ensuring we recruit the strongest candidates that are right for our business is vital in the success of our day to day operations enabling us to deliver outstanding patient care.
You’ll write compelling and eloquent copy for your job adverts and have access to post them to a variety of job boards and social media platforms to generate quality applications. You’ll also have access to not only our database of candidates using our newly implement applicant tracking system but also the databases behind a number of major job boards to actively seek candidates that are right for your vacancies. You’ll work with your applicants to screen and shortlist them to supply to your hiring managers to interview, you’ll collate interview feedback and make appropriate offers of employment to successful candidates before passing to our post offer administration team to complete their pre-employment checks.
Whilst the Talent Acquisition Executives will work remotely the majority of the time, on occasion there will be a requirement to meet with the wider resourcing team at our modern offices in Central Reading, or indeed to travel to our hospitals and surgical centres to cement yourself as part of the team and nurture relationships with key stakeholders.

To be successful in your application it is likely that you’ll have at least 2 years’ experience either within a recruitment agency or from within an established in-house recruitment team. Experience of healthcare isn’t a requirement, we can teach you the difference between theatre nurses and ward nurses and many other variations of skill sets our teams require.
