About The Role


Do you have substantial experience within a management accounting or commercial finance team? If you are qualified, newly qualified or want to begin studies towards your qualifications following a strong finance career to date and are looking to join an energetic and vibrant organisation that truly makes a difference to people’s lives we would love to hear from you.

The role is particularly suited to those with commercial or healthcare experience, however a multitude of backgrounds will be considered.

The Finance Analyst vacancy is usually based out of our Head Office in Reading but can also be Remote based.
Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management accounting of the Hospitals and will involve developing good working relationships with the operations team across the relevant operating units and supporting the Finance Managers. You will provide accurate and on time financial accounts and on-going management accounting information and analysis, to enable the business to make enhanced business decisions.
Supported by a Central Finance team in Reading, you will deliver month-end reporting process for the nominated sites including preparation of financial and non-financial information along with detailed variance analysis and commentaries.
