*Overview of job role*
Monitor and ensure the efficient day to day running of the practice.
*Your main duties will include:*
* Take Line Management responsibilities for all employees at the practice* Supporting the clinical team and ensuring diaries are full* Completing rotas and timesheets accurately* Dealing with staff issues including grievances and disciplinaries* Managing the training and inductions for new starters* Recruitment for the practice* Monitoring the practices ordering* Delivering practice targets set out by NHS* Complete tasks and follow regulations to ensure site is fully compliant* Arrange staff meetings* To ensure audits, logs and records are kept up to date for the practice.* Ensure all staff are complying with current legislation such as Fire, Health & Safety, CQC regulations, RIDDOR and COSHH* To enforce standard operating procedures for the practice* Address patient complaints* CQC registered Manager for the practice
*Essential skills/Experience/Qualifications*
* Good oral and written communication skills (Essential)* Previous Management experience (Desirable)* Previous experience in the dental sector (Desirable)* Experience within a CQC regulated workplace (Desirable)* Experience of equality and diversity and complaints handling (Desirable)

This position is predominantly Monday to Friday. Some Saturday/Sunday shifts will be required to do inductions on new weekend staff.
