PRA Group, Inc Hiring for Corporate Recruiter / Talent Sourcer Job at Remote Full Time

The Corporate Recruiter will have a successful track record managing the full life cycle recruiting process. Will serve as a talent acquisition business partner with hiring teams to build and scale talent initiatives that lead to hiring more efficiently, objectively and with an emphasis on building a world-class team.

What You’ll Do:

• Own the recruitment life cycle from start to finish including defining sourcing strategies, candidate outreach and interviewing, managing the candidate funnel, building a competitive offer and seeing through any necessary negotiations to hire stage.
• Build strong, credible relationships with senior leaders, hiring managers and critical stakeholders, operating as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert
• Lead intake meetings with hiring teams to set expectations, communicate pipeline activity, develop action plans, gauge progress and identify potential obstacles.
• Leverage all aspects of sourcing and candidate development including job posting, job board mining, internet sourcing, social networking, employee referrals, and networking events.
• Find and engage top talent through the use of sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and alternative sourcing techniques
• Create sourcing channels and candidate networks that are aligned with current and future pipeline needs
• Help the Talent Acquisition team meet and exceed key recruiting metrics and OKRs
• Promote an environment that supports diversity and inclusion and reflects PRA Group’s core values.
• Mentor others within the department on unconventional search techniques and other recruitment activities

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s Degree and three – five years’ recruiting and sourcing experience or equivalent; combination of staffing / recruiting agency and corporate recruiter experience preferred
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), preferably Workday
• Expert in sourcing / fill strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed and other sourcing tools
• Thrive in a fast-paced recruiting environment while ensuring that candidate experience remains a top priority.
• Ability to continuously generate a healthy and talented pipeline of qualified candidates
• Proactive approach and proven ability to remain diligent on searches
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to report on workflow and metrics; proficiency in Excel desired
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills including the ability to influence and drive results
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills
• Strong decision-making ability
