PPG Hiring for Process Engineer at Little Rock, AR Full Time

As aProcess Engineer, you will provide technical guidance and engineering support to the site. You will ensure sound engineering procedures & effective use and improvement of facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide a safe and healthy work environment for all employees through the proper design, installation, commissioning and upgrade of equipment and facilities.
• Responsible for elimination of health hazards to prevent work stoppage and time loss due to accidents, while ensuring adherence to all applicable environmental, health and safety regulations and policies.
• Support and strengthen Continuous Improvement strategies.
• Ensure that all engineering qualification phases of approved projects from project conception to implementation are robustly completed for all projects within the division.
• Coordinate with all partners for all approved projects.
• Troubleshoot and correct production problems
• Suggest, plan, and implement ways to increase efficiency

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering.
• Excellent project management skills.
• 7+ years’ engineering experience in a manufacturing environment, preferred.

You should be proficient in:

• Experience in a Manufacturing Environment
• High School / GED
