Applicants for this role must have a solid understandng of the full HR cycle and a grasp on HR strategy and business partnering. Previous experience working within the insurance sector is preferable.
The purpose of this role is to:
work closely with business leaders and line managers to build people capability
plan and manage talent and develop approaches that achieve shared organisational objectives
act as the point of contact for your client groups offering expertise in all people areas,
implementing specific people approaches, in collaboration with centres of excellence
Key skills required in this role include
strong generalist HR experience, with a good understanding of the many different responsibilities of the HR team
coaching and mentoring colleagues within the HR team and the across the business
a strong working knowledge of HR and employment legislation
