We’re growing our team and are seeking a technical recruiter to ‘own’ all of APAC recruiting which spans Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, and more geographies as we continue to grow. This is a tight-knit industry; therefore, you understand the value of every interaction. Our recruiting cycle can be long, so building quick, effective, and trusting relationships as you develop your talent pipelines for the short and long term are critical to your success. You will be the hiring subject matter expert for the business, providing guidance on process, interview techniques, candidate recommendations, and more. As a steward of culture, you understand that attracting and engaging candidates in a transparent and authentic manner is important to building trust and finding a good fit. Working with technical managers and candidates will be your world and you wouldn’t have it any other way.

You:

• Have likely been recruiting for at least five (5) years, mostly in an engineering environment, and thrive in a technical world.
• Pride yourself on being a creative problem solver and enjoy the challenge of turning over every rock to network, cold-call, and ‘headhunt’ your way to filling critical roles for the business.
• Appreciate that recruiting is a consultative process between managers and candidates and making valuable connections is a priority in your interactions.
• Have proven experience recruiting talent across multiple geographies and time zones.
• Are innately curious, enjoy learning new things, and given your global reach, aren’t afraid to ask questions.
• Are excited about having a direct impact on the business.
• Would enjoy collaborating in-person at one of our Australia offices, but have a skill set that is something we need and can work fully remote just the same.
• Are software savvy, adept at using tools like LinkedIn, Seek, niche job boards and, MS office.
• Are authorized to work in Australia without restrictions or sponsorship.
