Title: Customer Experience Associate

Power Support Partners, an Atlanta-based startup, is looking for an amazing problem-solver and people-person to help us launch and build our Customer Experience team. Because we are just getting this department off the ground, we are looking for someone who wants to help build an entire team from the ground up, using new technologies, new processes, and new ways of thinking. The purpose of the Customer Experience team (referred to as the CX team) is to work with our customers to understand their needs, uncover potential risks, and partner with them to ensure their success. You will have an opportunity to partner with customers to protect their loves ones from the dangers and issues caused by storms and power outages. You will have an opportunity to make a difference.
Customer Experience (CX) Team:
The CX team is the face of our company. They are the representatives to our customers of everything we believe in. They are the epitome of our core values – Love People, Improving Always, Together We Win, and Execute with Excellence. Our CX Associates are quick on their feet and highly empathetic, always going above and beyond to solve problems for the customer. We communicate via the best channel for the customer, whether it’s phone, email, text, or chat.
What we’re looking for:
We are seeking a results-oriented, motivated and strategic people-expert focused on guiding new customers through the purchasing and installation process as well as retaining our existing customer base. You are comfortable talking to people throughout the day (phone, text, email and chat). You want to work with the other teams in PSP to ensure excellence for the customer at every part of the customer experience.
You’re also constantly looking for ways we can improve across the company, and you have a desire to implement new systems and processes to help us crush our goals. You want to grow, and you want your manager to help you reach your career ambitions, guiding you and coaching you along the way.
