Powells Jewellery Hiring for Website Administrator Job at Chester, England Full Time

Powells Jewellery is an independent family business specialising in fine antique, vintage and contemporary jewellery. We are in Chester city centre with three shops on the historic rows. We have an exciting opening for a website administrator to join our team. We are looking for someone who has a passion for all things digital, someone who is organised, creative, efficient and an excellent team player.

Below are some of the main responsibilities:

• Photography of stock within guidelines for posting on the website.
• Photography for other marketing visuals.
• Upload stock to the website following description guidelines.
• Ensuring collections on the website are fully stocked.
• Website stock management, ensuring sold items are removed from the website.
• Ensure VPCs and brand images are followed.
• General running of the website, edit and add pages where required.
• Keep opening hours up to date on website and google.

Skills and attributes:

• Knowledge of Shopify advantageous but not essential.
• Strong attention to detail is very important.
• Jewellery knowledge advantageous but not essential.
• Technologically minded and experienced with computers, mobiles and cameras.
• Experience in photo editing software/apps such as Snapseed, Canva, Facetune, Photoshop.
• Strong communication skills.
• Work productively to deadlines.
• Be able to work independently and as part of a team with marketing colleagues.
