Our Front Office Team is currently looking for a reservationists who speaks French to help translate between our Canadian and French speaking friends!

JOB DUTIES

• Answering phones and emails
• Checking guests in and out of the park
• Giving suggestions of places to shop or dine in or around the area
• Heavily working with Apple products and Google Suites
• Enforcing campground rules and policies
• Work in a fast paces environment during busy times of the season
• Translating French for some of our guests
• Communicate between all departments for smooth work flow
• Learn Campspot, our reservation software
• Running and printing s
• Having a good attitude with guests!

POSSIBILITY FOR TEAM LEAD POSITION JOB DUTIES

• We’re also looking for team leads!
• Overseeing over office team members
• Being knowledgeable on all Powder Horn rules and policies and making sure they’re being enforced
• Cashing office team members in or out for the day
• Covering management shifts when needed
• Handling any issues that arise
• Communicating with the management team on a day to day basis
