Opportunity

Poudre Pet and Feed Supply seeks an Office Assistant to join our team. You will play a key role in helping pets live happier, healthier lives.

Success in this role will require effective communication skills, innovative thinking, and a passion for pets. Through training, you will become a knowledgeable expert when it comes to pet nutrition and care.

What You’ll Do

• Perform receiver and invoice entry for products being received at the store. This includes working with vendors, accounting, and inventory control.
• Act as the point of contact for the businesses to address and resolve ing issues. This includes working with vendors with regard to receivers, pricing, RTVs, and credits.
• Provide monthly ing deliverables to the Leadership team.
• Maintain item records, including monitoring gross profit margins and recommending price adjustments as needed.
• Prepare and maintain records and files.
• Participate in ad-hoc requests, projects, and analyses.
• Perform inventory management duties including inventories, cycle counts, and discrepancy reviews.
• Perform other duties to assist team with needs.

• Ability to perform mathematical calculations.
• Excellent analytical abilities to be able to review facts and use problem-solving skills to make educated decisions.
• Ability to establish priorities, work independently, proceed with objectives with little or no supervision, and meet deadlines.
• Adjusts effectively to work within new work structures, processes, or requirements.
• Ability to regularly lift and carry up to 50 lbs. (bags of kibble and litter).
• Full time position : minimum 35 hours a week availability
