Potomac Healthcare Solutions Hiring for Healthcare Operations Associate – Remote Position at Woodbridge, VA Full Time

Position Duties And Responsibilities

• Assist in the day-to-day operations of assigned contracts/task orders
• Interface with employees, assisting with general questions and needs
• Work with government clients to ensure contract deliverables and performance requirements are being met
• Proactively create, organize and manage spreadsheets, trackers, and various ad hoc s
• Review timecards and time off requests for accuracy, work with staff to make any corrections
• Create job offer requests and send to HR for processing
• Review credentialing and security packages and send to government client for processing
• Coordinate pre and post employment activities, such as scheduling fingerprinting, coordinating CAC card issuances, provding first day ing instructions, etc.
• Actively work with HR and Credentialing teams, as well as the government to track the status of credentialing and security for candidates processing for open positions

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-3 years of operations experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or related field
• Prior federal government healthcare contracting (DOD) experience a plus
• Proven problem-solving and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively across the organization
• Must be a US Citizen
