Overview
As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in assisting our customers with a wide range of healthcare related inquiries. From reviewing and updating insurance plans to scheduling appointments, assisting with physician referrals, and more, your expertise and empathy will ensure our customers receive the support they need. Let us share a heartwarming story that reflects the impactful work our team does every day. Recently, one of our agents received a call from an elderly customer who was in distress. The member had mistakenly used her monthly stipend meant for medical necessities to purchase groceries for the month. Realizing her error, the customer had no money left for food. Our team immediately sprang into action, working tirelessly to help the member.
Through the collaborative efforts of our healthcare agent and our partners, we were able to refresh the member’s monthly stipend and secure additional funds for her groceries. This experience showcased the real-life difference we make in our members’ lives and left a lasting impact on all involved.
