Overview

As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in assisting our customers with a wide range of healthcare related inquiries. From reviewing and updating insurance plans to scheduling appointments, assisting with physician referrals, and more, your expertise and empathy will ensure our customers receive the support they need. Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries related to insurance plans, healthcare screenings, appointment scheduling, and more
• Provide detailed explanations and reviews of insurance coverage and benefits to customers
• Assist customers in finding primary care physicians within their network
• Handle both inbound and outbound campaigns to inform customers of any changes to their services

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum typing speed of 25 words per minute
• Intermediate to advanced technical skills, with the ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
• Open availability between 7am-2am EST, 7 days a week
• Pay rates start at $13/hr during training (varies by program fit during selection consideration)
• Full-time position

• A PC or laptop running Windows 10 operating system (Mac, Chromebook, Tablet or Smartphone are not compatible)
• High-speed internet with minimum download speed of 10 Mbps and upload speed of 6 Mbps

• Two dedicated computer monitors, minimum 13 inches or larger
